Shop the online store and choose pickup at checkout. Chemicals, cleaning tools, filters, parts, and equipment are all available.

WAIT FOR THE READY NOTICE
We pull and pack your order, then let you know it is ready. Please wait for that confirmation before heading over.

PARK IN THE PICKUP SPOTS
Drive around to the back of the building and park in the spaces marked with the Pool Stop online store pickup sign. Skip the front lot. Stay in your vehicle if you like.

Give us your name and order number. A team member brings your order out and loads it for you.
FINDING US
Park Behind the Store
Online order pickup happens at the back of the building, not out front. We are at 838 Steger Towne Drive in Rockwall, in the shopping center next to Target. Drive past the main entrance and around to the rear, where the pickup spaces are marked with a Pool Stop sign.
IMPORTANT
Do not park in the front lot. The main parking area in front of the store is for walk-in customers. Online order pickup is around back, and our team loads orders from the rear door only. Either route below gets you there.

No. Drive around to the back of the building, park in the marked pickup spaces, then call or text 469-653-1614 and we bring the order out to your vehicle. You are welcome to come in and browse if you want to, but nothing about the pickup requires it.
Most orders are ready shortly after they come in during store hours. Wait for the ready confirmation before you drive out so you are not sitting in the lot while we pull the order.
Yes. Let us know the name of the person picking up, either by replying to your order confirmation or by texting 469-653-1614 before they arrive.
Check the order before you leave the lot. If anything is missing, damaged, or not what you expected, flag it with the team member loading you and we will fix it right there.
Yes. Bring a water sample inside and we will run a free computerized test and walk you through what your pool needs.
